Charles Sobhra vs Nihita Biswas

Criminal mastermind and serial killer Charles Sobhraj recently revealed that he is engaged to Nepali girl Nihita Biswas and plans to marry her after his release from Nepal Jail. Sobhraj was convicted and sentenced to life in prison in Nepal. Nihita, who is 44 years her junior at 20, revealed that they are planning to get married if he is freed by Nepal’s Supreme Court.

Biswas told media persons on Saturday that for the future the couple has planned to get married under French Law in France. Both of them met 2½ months ago, when she went to apply for a job as the interpreter for Sobhraj’s French lawyer. Nicknamed ‘the serpent’ from his reputation of being a talented disguise and escape artist, Sobhraj feels that he will be freed as there is no solid evidence against him.

There are obstacles for the odd couple to get married as, Nihita is a Nepali and Nepalese Law does not permit polygamy and it can even slap three years imprisonment on those, who violate the law by getting married twice. The serial killer has however already married twice and has wives in Australia and France. But as the couple plans to get married under French Law, the Nepal Law cannot prevent them
